Concrete Field Testing Technician Certification Course

OBJECTIVE
Participants will gain an understanding of basic concrete field testing, and with hands-on practice will develop skills needed to pass the performance exam and written exam for ACI Field Testing Technician – Level 1. This certification is based on the 2014 CSA Standard A23.2 test methods.
MATERIALS & PROGRAM
In advance of the course, each participant will receive a Student Manual describing the seven required CSA procedures for fresh concrete testing. There will be a lecture and two practice sessions during the course. The written and performance exams will be conducted on the Saturday. Individuals passing these exams, scored by ACI’s Certification Dept., will be awarded a five year certification.
